RENTAL TERMS
The standard rental period is fourteen (14) calendar days beginning on the date of delivery. Rental extensions are subject to availability and charged at 50% of the original package rental fee.
Late Return Fees: Equipment not returned by the scheduled pickup date will incur a late fee of $10.00 per day. If equipment remains unreturned for more than fourteen (14) days beyond the scheduled pickup date, Tote & Go may deem the equipment lost and assess replacement costs plus accrued fees.

DELIVERY & PICKUP
An adult age 18 or older must be present during delivery and pickup. Missed pickups without a requested extension incur a $25 fee. Additional deliveries or pickup trips requested by the customer incur a $25 fee. Re-deliveries incur a fee of $5 per tote.EQUIPMENT CARE,

DAMAGE & REPLACEMENT
The Renter assumes full responsibility for all equipment from the time of delivery until pickup by Tote & Go.The Renter agrees to return all equipment in substantially the same condition as received, excluding normal wear and tear.

Replacement Fees:
• 27-Gallon Tote: $40 each
• 7-Gallon Tote: $30 each
• Tote Taxi Dolly: $60 each
• Hand Truck: $100 each
• Heavy Duty Moving Bag: $20 each
• Moving Blanket: $20 each
•Cleaning fees of $15 per tote may be charged for excessive dirt, paint, adhesive residue, strong odors, smoke damage, pet-related damage, mold, food contamination, or any condition requiring excessive cleaning.Tote & Go reserves the right to determine whether equipment requires cleaning, repair, or replacement. The Renter authorizes Tote & Go to photograph damaged equipment for documentation purposes.

THEFT & WEATHER PROTECTION
The Renter is responsible for protecting rented equipment from theft, vandalism, weather damage, fire, unauthorized use, and other foreseeable risks while the equipment is in the Renter's possession. Equipment should be stored in a secure location whenever possible. The Renter shall be responsible for any equipment that is lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed, or rendered unusable during the rental period and agrees to pay all applicable replacement or repair charges.

RULES & SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
• Totes shall not be stacked more than four (4) totes high when packed.
• Totes shall not exceed sixty-six (66) pounds per tote.
• Children shall not use the equipment without direct adult supervision.
• Animals shall not be placed in or on the equipment.
• Equipment shall only be used for lawful moving and storage purposes.
• Equipment shall not be used to transport, store, conceal, or facilitate illegal substances, controlled substances, hazardous materials, explosives, firearms, or unlawful activities.
• Sharp objects capable of damaging the equipment must not be stored directly inside totes without proper protection.
• The Renter is solely responsible for determining the appropriateness and safety of how equipment is lifted, carried, loaded, unloaded, transported, stacked, and stored.
• The Renter assumes all responsibility for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from improper use, handling, loading, transportation, or storage of rented equipment.

CONDITION OF EQUIPMENT:
Tote & Go warrants that all rented equipment will be delivered in satisfactory operating condition, subject only to normal wear and tear. The Renter is encouraged to inspect all equipment immediately upon delivery. Any damage believed to have occurred prior to delivery must be reported within twenty-four (24) hours. Failure to notify Tote & Go within twenty-four (24) hours shall constitute acceptance of the equipment as being in satisfactory condition.

PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is due at checkout. A valid credit or debit card must remain on file during the rental period. The Renter authorizes Tote & Go to charge the card on file for unpaid rental fees, extensions, late fees, cleaning fees, replacement costs, damage charges, collection costs, and other amounts due under this Agreement.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Customers may cancel up to 48 hours before delivery for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a fee equal to 5% of the rental amount.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
Tote & Go shall not be liable for damage to personal property, loss of contents, personal injury, property damage, indirect damages, or delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

COLLECTIONS & UNPAID BALANCES.
The Renter agrees to pay all amounts due and shall be responsible for reasonable collection costs, court costs, and attorney fees to the extent permitted by California law.
