Yes. An adult 18 years of age or older must be present during delivery and pickup.

Absolutely. Every tote is cleaned and sanitized before being delivered to the next customer.

Each tote can safely hold up to 66 pounds. For safety reasons, packed totes should not be stacked more than four totes high.

Customers are responsible for rented equipment during the rental period. Replacement fees are: • 27-Gallon Tote: $40 each • 7-Gallon Tote: $30 each • Tote Taxi Dolly: $60 each • Hand Truck: $100 each • Heavy Duty Moving Bag: $20 each • Moving Blanket: $20 each

Rental extensions may be available based on inventory and scheduling. Contact us before your scheduled pickup date to arrange an extension.

We accept payment methods available through our approved payment processor. Accepted payment options may include major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods.

Yes. A refundable $100 security deposit is required with each rental. The deposit may be applied toward unpaid fees, cleaning charges, or replacement costs if necessary.
